A vibration compensation optimization method for a mobile atomic gravimeter

Abstract Information on the Earth’s gravity provides significant strategic support for economies, defense and security. An atomic gravimeter (AG) realizes highly precise measurements of gravitational acceleration by virtue interference. Vibration noise is a strong contributor to limitations measurement sensitivity accuracy an AG. compensation methods thus enhance environmental adaptability AG since it can facilitate when isolation platform unavailable. A dynamic filter here devised correction data output from seismometer, which expands bandwidth seismometer lowers distortion vibration signals. Additionally, transfer function estimation introduced better reflect actual Raman mirror. Based simplified model, this method modify interference fringes in real time. The experimental results show that proposed optimization attenuate cosine fitting phase uncertainty up 85.91%, reach about 76.37 μGal complicated environment. AG’s effectively improved method.
